Asian Jicama

Asian Jicama
3 cups fresh spinach
1/4 diced small jicama
1/2 tsp liquid aminos
1 garlic clove
2 pinches ground ginger
Splash of fresh squeezed orange juice from orange(optional)

Spray pan with canola oil. Mince garlic clove and saute on medium heat. Add jicama, soy sauce and ginger and saute. Add spinach and lightly spray with canola oil. Mix until spinach wilts. Serve with a side of white fish with the sweet and spicy rub for an easy healthy zesty dish.
