What day of the week do you deserve such a treat for a morning breakfast? Is it Monday when the reality check hits in that you actually have to get up, go to work and do the daily grind all over again, Wednesday when hump day is in celebration because you're almost at the end of the week, Tuesday or Thursday because they really don't have anything going for them and need some true excitement, Friday when celebration kicks in and you can smell the weekend or Saturday and Sunday when it's all about having fun? It's way too hard to determine which day get's the treat so I figured long ago that each and every day I woke up was a blessing and deserved a treat in celebration that I am alive and I get to spend yet another day with those amazing people that I love and creating memories. The best part of it, these breakfasts are actually healthy for you. SCORE! Vegetables, fruit, carbs, protein, superfoods, etc. Go get'em!

Now, enjoy your Saturday! I'm off to go play some golf! ;)

Directions
Toss everything into a bowl and mix well. Lightly spray oven safe dish with EVOO or use coconut oil and poor in mixture. Bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes. A tip: If you don't have oat flour, no worries, just grind your oats in a coffee grinder until it becomes flour. ;) While your bake is baking, mix together frosting by smashing avocado well and mixing until fully combined. Then jump in the shower and it will be done and ready to frost when you get out. ;)
