Chocolate Brownie Waffles (V/GF)

Chocolate Brownie Waffles (V/GF)
20g or 2 tbsp millet, ground into flour
40g or 3 tbsp red lentils, ground into flour
1/2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
5 tbsp almond milk or water
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp chocolate extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Stevia to taste

Topping
1 tsp Agave
1 tsp cocoa powder

Directions 
Preheat waffle maker. Grind red lentils in coffee grinder. Mix all ingredients except toppings in a blender, Ninja Master, Bullet, etc. Once waffle maker is ready, lightly spray with EVOO. Poor in mixture and let cook until waffle maker is done. My waffle maker tells me when it's done. If yours doesn't...well make sure not to burn these beauties. LOL Top waffles with any topping and enjoy!

Approx. 233 calories for entire recipe. Made almost 3!
