It's been sometime since I've put a triple oat bake into the mix of recipes. So here's a little something different. Have you ever heard of black velvet apricots? They kind of look like plums cause of the color but have the little peach fuzz of an apricot. Very delicious and something new to mix up your morning fruits. So if you can find these in your market, grab a few and give them a shot. They are worth it. ;)

Directions
Slice up apricot into small pieces and toss
everything into a bowl and mix well. Lightly coat oven safe dish with
coconut oil and poor in mixture. Bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Enjoy! A tip: If you don't have oat flour, no
worries, just grind your oats in a coffee grinder until it becomes
flour. ;)
